Welcome to our website. I hope it makes your work with us easier, more convenient, and more efficient. In 2013, we founded AAN Japan. We had no clients, no significant experience, and no clear plan — only the determination to build a business that could grow and succeed. Today, as the founder of this company, I am proud of what we have accomplished over the years. I firmly believe that strict discipline, hard work, and wholehearted dedication have done more for our company than luck or talent ever could. By staying true to these values, the AAN Japan team continues to build a company that people trust and want to grow with, step by step. For me, AAN Japan is, above all, about people and responsibility — our employees, our partners, and their families; everyone whose life has been and continues to be part of the company’s story. AAN Japan truly changes the lives of those who work with us, trust us, and grow together with us. I believe that success is measured not only in numbers, but in how much we can improve the lives of those around us, preserve our legacy, and pass the business on to the next generation. We do not stop at what has been achieved. Our ambition is to build a new-generation international company.
